Shipping Locations

  • We ship to all 48 contiguous states in the United States.

  • We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories at this time.

  • Deliveries are made to physical addresses only; we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Ground Shipping: Most flooring products are shipped via trusted freight carriers (e.g., FedEx Freight, UPS Freight, or regional carriers).

  • White Glove Delivery (optional, where available): Includes delivery to a specific room, with setup and debris removal, subject to additional fees.

  • Expedited Shipping: Available for select products at an additional cost. Contact customer service for availability and pricing.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order.

  • A shipping quote will be provided at checkout or upon request for freight shipments.

  • Free shipping may apply to promotional offers or orders meeting specific criteria (e.g., minimum order value). Check our website or contact customer service for details.

  • Additional fees may apply for White Glove Delivery, expedited shipping, or deliveries to remote areas.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, depending on product availability.

  • Custom or special-order products may require additional processing time (up to 5-7 business days). You will be notified if there are any delays.

Delivery Time

  • Standard Ground Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days after processing, depending on the destination.

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-5 business days, where available.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order ships, allowing you to monitor its progress.

Delivery Process

  • Freight Deliveries: Flooring products are typically shipped via freight carriers due to their size and weight. Deliveries are made curbside or to the driveway. The driver is not responsible for moving the product inside your home or business.

  • Inspection: Upon delivery, inspect the shipment for damage before signing the delivery receipt. Note any visible damage on the receipt and contact us within 24 hours to report issues.

  • Signature: A signature is required for delivery unless pre-arranged with the carrier.

  • Missed Deliveries: If you are unavailable for delivery, the carrier may attempt redelivery or contact you to reschedule. Additional fees may apply for repeated delivery attempts.

Restrictions

  • Flooring products are heavy and bulky. Ensure there is adequate access to the delivery location (e.g., no narrow staircases or tight doorways for large pallets).

  • We do not offer installation services as part of this shipping policy. Contact a professional installer for assistance.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery at [insert contact email/phone] with photos and details of the damage.

  • For lost shipments, notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as applicable.

Returns and Cancellations
